Return time

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item, whether a historical reproduction or a militaria collector’s item, for an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except for product defects or errors.

Return acceptance conditions

To be eligible for a return :

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn and unmodified.
• It must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
• Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Non-returnable items

For reasons of quality and authenticity, some items cannot be returned:

• Fragile vintage items sold as is (mention “sold as is” in the product description)
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Old documents or fragile vintage papers

Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange if the item is defective or does not correspond to your order.
Contact us first at militariareconstitution.contact@gmail.com to validate the procedure. Once accepted, you can return the item to our address.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of our decision:

• If the return is approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method within a few days.
• Initial delivery charges will not be refunded, except in the event of an error on our part.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the error is due to our store (incorrect or defective product).
We strongly recommend tracking with a tracking number.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and delivered directly to you, a credit note or voucher will be sent to you once the return has been validated.
